Exhibit Hall Hours and Move-in Information

  • Move-In:  Wednesday, December 10: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Move-Out:  Friday, December 12:  3:45 PM – 8:00 PM*                                                                                                      

* Light dismantle, not requiring Freeman labor (crates, forklifts, etc.) may begin at 3:45 PM on Friday, December 12, 2025. Freeman will start delivering crates at 6:15 PM. Exhibitor Support will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling. Agreement and labels in advance. Complete the Outbound Shipping form, and your paperwork will be available at the show site. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when making arrangements for shipping your exhibit at the close of the show. Exhibit dismantle must be completed by 8:00 pm on Friday, December 12. No exceptions will be made. The Hip Society, The Knee Society, and Freeman may, without incurring any liability for damage or loss, dismantle any property of any exhibitor who has failed to do so by 8:00 pm on Friday, December 12, at the sole expense of the exhibitor.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Exhibit Hall is in the Grand Cypress Ballroom of the Hyatt Grand Cypress Orlando.  The ballroom is carpeted. 

Booth package includes:

  • Three (3) complimentary exhibitor registrations per each 100 sq. ft. of purchased exhibit space

  • One (1) 10' x 10' booth set with 8' high gray back drape and 3' high gray side drape

  • One (1) 6' gray skirted table, two (2) side chairs, and one (1) wastebasket

  • One (1) standard exhibitor identification sign
