Exhibitor Symposium

Those exhibitors interested in holding an Exhibitor Symposium at the 20th Annual Current Concepts in Joint Replacement Spring 2019 meeting must read and accept the guidelines below and submit the application form that follows:

Symposia Fee: $8,500

 

Exhibitor Symposia Guidelines:

Only CCJR Exhibitors are eligible to hold a symposium.

The symposium is not part of the educational content of CCJR and is planned independently.

The fees are in the same category as an exhibitor fee and not an educational grant.

Applications must be approved by the course director.

All materials must be reviewed and approved by the course director prior to distribution.

Exhibitor is responsible for all costs associated with the event.

March 8, 2019 Fee due with final approval of confirmed speakers and agenda
March 19, 2019 Web and Registration launch
April 12, 2019 50% cancellation fee, if cancelled. No refunds thereafter.
