International Invitation Letter

To receive an invitation letter for visa purposes to attend the Current Concepts in Joint Replacement® (CCJR) meeting, you will have to:

  1. Register and pay for the meeting
  2. Complete the form below

Upon clicking Submit, your request will be sent to Current Concepts Institute for processing. All requests will be screened. Please allow approximately one week from your date of submission for delivery of your invitation letter.

An invitation letter will be sent by email on official letterhead as a PDF. No letters of invitation will be sent by postal mail.

The invitation letter provided by Current Concepts Institute alone does not guarantee eligibility to receive a visa. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check and confirm current visa requirements and deadlines to enter the United States. If your visa application is denied, please notify CCJR by email (info@CCJR.com) and include the official denial. The registration fee will be refunded per CCJR policy. If your visa application is denied after the cancellation deadline, a refund less a $100 administrative fee will be issued.
