From Within the EXHIBIT HALL
A 2-hour Welcome Reception is held in the Exhibit Hall the evening of Wednesday, December 13, 2017.
The Exhibit Hall with entrance to Breakfast & Lunch opens for breakfast Wednesday-Saturday at 6:30am and remains open through the day.
An Exhibitors’ Reception in the Exhibit Hall is held at the close of the meeting on Saturday, December 16, 2017.
Five Coffee Breaks Monday-Wednesday are held within the Exhibit Hall.
A 1-hour Closing Reception is held in the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, December 16, 2017.

 

Following the General Session
Sponsored Exhibitor Satellite Events are held the evening of Friday, December 15, 2017.
Opportunity to conduct additional workshops or hospitality events during non-schoolroom hours.
Space available for corporate product design, marketing and sales team meetings.

 

The Exhibitor fee of $6,000.00 per 10’ x 10’ includes:
Program advertisement, sent to over 60,000 medical professionals and institutions around the world.

Increase product awareness through CCJR sponsorship opportunities.

Standard 10’ x 10’ set includes 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side dividers, a wastebasket, standard electric (a single phase 110 volt 5 AMP circuit) and an identification sign, up to 2 standard height draped tables and 2 side chairs ($1,550.00 value).

In addition, 2 staff badges for company representatives, access to the schoolroom, exhibit hall and all food functions, all course materials including the Abstract Book, Audio MP3s and Video Proceedings of the meeting content, ($1,800.00 value).
