Q1:
Can I register for the upcoming Current Concepts in Joint Replacement® meeting?
A1:

Yes, we are still accepting registrations for both the SPRING MEETING and WINTER MEETING.

If the web registration site is closed due to the proximity to the meeting you can still register onsite at the meeting during the Welcome Reception.

Q2:
I have registered for the CCJR meeting, but have not received confirmation.
A2:

Thank you for registering for the CCJR meeting. Each participant when registering for the meeting receives, by email, a confirmation/receipt of registration and payment. If this email was not received or does not provide enough information please e-mail your request to Info@CCJR.com. Include the meeting you registered for Spring or Winter, your full name, confirmation number, and any additional information you require.
Q3:
Can I transfer or cancel my registration for an upcoming CCJR meeting?
A3:

You can transfer your registration to another individual wishing to attend this meeting. Registrations cannot be transferred to future meetings. If you wish to transfer your registration please e-mail Info@CCJR.com. Include the meeting you registered for Spring or Winter, your full name, confirmation number, and the full name and e-address of the individual you wish to transfer your registration.

If you need to cancel and cancellation is received prior to the cancelation deadline you have two options you may cancel and receive the course materials or cancel with a full refund.

Please review the deadlines and fees for the upcoming SPRING MEETING and WINTER MEETING.

If you choose to cancel and receive the course materials include in your email a request for the course materials and they will be forwarded.

If you registered by credit card refunds will be refunded to the credit card used for registration. However, it may not show up on the credit card statement until the next billing cycle. If you registered by check a refund check will be sent to the participant and will be processed within two weeks.

Q4:
How do I make hotel arrangements for the CCJR meetings?
A4:
Rooms have been reserved rooms for the CCJR meetings. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel either online or by telephone and are based on availability. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card for the full stay. You may visit the upcoming SPRING MEETING and WINTER MEETING areas of this site for further information.

Is there still Technical Exhibitor Space available?
A5:
We are still accepting applications to exhibit at the CCJR meeting. If you have never participated before, please take a moment to view this site and review material from past and present programs. Space can only be held with the return of a signed Exhibitor Support Agreement. Information and forms available at TECHNICAL EXHIBITORS
Q6:
I need a copy of my Continuing Medical Education credits (CME) from a CCJR meeting. What should I do?
A6:

You received your CME certificate with your materials at the meeting when you signed-in. You were required to complete the form and return the carbon copy to the registration desk when you departed the meeting. The white sheet is your original and yours to keep as your permanent record.

If you have no record of this or misplaced your original please e-mail us at Info@CCJR.com with your contact information including the name you registered under, the date of the meeting you attended, and the hours you completed. We will verify your attendance, determine if we have the carbon copy, process a new record if needed, and e-mail you your record.

I need the Video Proceedings login instructions.
A7:

The current meeting content, available about two months following the meeting, cannot be viewed by individuals not attending the meeting. However, older content is also available at VIDEO PROCEEDINGS.

If you attended a meeting you received an access code by e-mail. If you have misplaced the access code please e-mail Info@CCJR.com. Include the meeting you attended (Spring or Winter), the year and your full name. We will verify your attendance and provide you an access code.

With the access code you need to create your own User Name and Password. We do not create that for you. First time users should select New to CCJR Video Proceedings. Once you are logged in follow the onscreen instructions. When selecting the correct meeting you will be asked for the access code sent to you.

Q8:
I see information about the current meeting what about the next CCJR meeting?
A8:

We have not yet completed the full program for the following CCJR meeting. However, we anticipate the program to follow the same format and timing as previous years. For this meeting CME hours will be between 21 and 25 hours. This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 credit tm. As soon as it is complete will be provided here.
